Help using slidein menu!!

[Bummer]

Hello everyone. I'd really like to use the slide in menu found here
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/slideinmenu4.htm

But for some reason it doesn't seem to be working on my page. Can you take a look at www.dimuziobrothers.com/content.html and tell me what I might have done wrong?

Need to be fixed first.

http://enetation.co.uk/user.php?user=adepiante was called on line 265 of content.html, it could have a different name when you look for it, if the call is dynamicly generated.
