yea u'r right...maybe I was a bit wasted when I wrote that message :P
So if u see that website u gonna noticed that they are using either javascript in their menu or a dhtml.I have searched all over the net and I havent found smth like that.You have any idea?

You should be able to modify those to be close enough to what you're looking for
