Half-fixed

Do you know how to make a half-fixed element?

Half-fixed term:
The element A within another one B.
By default A has position: fixed.
But when you scroll browser over the B element, A become static (maybe at the bottom of B). :D

It seems so crazy, just be my idea. Can you make it real?
