well i have sum pictures that i have that need ta b lightened and this website said itcould how exactly do i do it and if not is there a website i could go to ta lighten up tha pictures

no you need an image editor. get one and you can fix your pictures. there are no websites but there are sites that teach you how use those programs but you have to choose one first. download a one from download.com
