Image positioning help!

Ok, I am hoping for your guys' help here. I am wanting a very simple page. Basically I want a fluid page (no header, no footer, just plain white) with a large-ish picture to remain always in the center, no matter what. With two buttons directly under it. I can't seem to get it to work. Can anyone think of a good way to do this???

Jeez, no thoughts, huh???? Ok, what about this, would it work? If we made 3 rows and 3 columns, much like a tick-tack-toe board and made the 2 center ones fixed with 2 on either side fluid? Is that even possible?

make one div for the picture and a table for the buttons.
