Computers suck, I need this stuff:

How do I change color values in an HTML document using Frontpage?
How can I get one of the tabbed layouts on this site on my page? Where do I place the HTML code?
Can someone change this image to dark blue, red, green, and yellow?

Don't use Frontpage.

It would be easier if you gave us those images joined into one.

Changing colors is really easy. By the time he joined them into one, he could be done.

Use Photoshop for the GIMP, a similar free application, and you should be able to do it without too much trouble. Just use HSL-- hue, saturation, lightness, an adjustment option, so you can just slide the color bar (hue) to match what you'd like.

I use the GIMP, but I can't get them quite like I want. If anyone would like to change them for me, that would be great.
NOTE: I want the circle and arrow to KEEP the white border, and I would like the box itself to maintain a white border.

Also, what should I use besides Frontpage? I can't code at all. I am thinking of getting some people together to help me with it (basically do it for me, lol).

I use the GIMP, but I can't get them quite like I want. You can use H/S/V as djr33 suggested, but the way I usually do it is to create a layer of the required colour underneath the image, then do a "colour to alpha" on the offending colour.
Also, what should I use besides Frontpage?Text editor of your choice -- NOTEPAD.EXE, Simple Text, Kate, vi(m), (x)emacs...

I can't figure it out, so unless someone here wants to do it for me, I will just ask elsewhere.

I figured it out! My only problem now is: how do I place the image in the document as an image with text and not just an image? I know I can add text with GIMP, but the HTML has something like: <td><a href="#" class="mainlevel"> Services </a>

With that code, it has the box with text that I can easily edit using Frontpage. How would I go about changing it so the picture stays in place but I can edit the text? Is there another line of HTML that I need to look at?
