MOV/MPG to FLV Convertor

Looking for a cheap *or free* MOV/MPG to FLV Convertor. Like the one in Flash. I would use the one in flash but my trial for CS3 is about to run out.
I am looking for any program which can do this:
Turn a MOV/MPG File into a FLV.
Please give a direct link to the download and the name of the product...
I won't buy if its over $30... If you have any experiance using it that would be great to tell me how your experiance was...

I would try looking for a free screen caputure device, as most come with a converter, but they may only go AVI to FLV. In any case, I'm sure there is a free one out there.

I am willing to spend $0-$80 on a good convertor that can convert MPG, MOV, MPEG, AVI, FLV, into a WMV file
