Flash Scrollbar That controls an external object

I like the flash scrollbar in CS3 alot, i want to take the one you get from the components box and have control an outside div with alot of links...

Thanks Greatly would appreciate help within 3 days because in 3 days my flash cs3 trial software runs out...
