Keywords for google search engine.

Please help me, i want to know clearly about this tag (<META NAME="keywords" CONTENT="...">).

How can i use it ?
How many of keywords content that i can use ?
How can i find the way to becom the first rang of google search engine ?
Should we put it in all of my pages ?
Please tell me detail more about it !

Google does not use meta keywords to rank pages. And having too many keywords will actually get your site dropped totally.
