1) CODE TITLE:
xs2dock

2) AUTHOR NAME/NOTES:
Bart Jellema

3) DESCRIPTION:
xs2dock is an easy to implement navigation control similar to Apple's 'The Dock'.
As you move your mouse over the icons, they grow to ease selection. The script works cross-browser and degrades gracefully where javascript is not supported. Support is added for transparent PNG images for IE6.

4) URL TO CODE:
http://www.xs2webtools.com/

or, ATTACHED BELOW (see #3 in guidelines below):

When you come off the dock to the iframe, the effect is jarring. A scrolling division might be better. Or, code to allow the dock to shrink slowly even when the mouse leaves the page or dock area completely.

Otherwise, the effect looks good.

Technically this script doesn't meet all the guidelines required to be posted here, as it's only free for non commercial use (rather than fully free). I'll allow this thread to remain for now though.

Ha, that's great. Just like the doc.

It was confusing at first since some of the icons are actually smaller than others, so I thought that the scaling effect was distributed incorrectly, but it appears this was just an illusion created by image size itself.
