help with image rollover and menu

hey guys, im fixing up a website that i need super help on..
i am working on putting this type of menu
http://dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/tabmouseover.htm
..on my website.
but instead of text, i want images that change when mouse is on it.
ex: www.bengals.com
see how the images appear shaded when you hover the mouse on it?
please if anyone can help id greatly appreciate it.

In the example you cited (bengals.com), it's actually a drop down menu though. The most similar script on DD would be Drop Down Tabs menu (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/droptabmenu.htm).
