I love PHP and use some free PHP IDE (editor), and tried PHP ZEND.

I started to learn ASP.NET and especially 2.0 framework is so awesome and I can download some express version (even SQL 2005) to code and practise.

Let's say Webparts is so easy to create a web portal, it's really a RAD. Just wonder is any PHP IDE (free) to supply simlar framework like ASP.NET for web application?

Thanks and forgive my naive.

There are many PHP frameworks -- try googling (http://www.google.com/search?q=php+framework).

Personally, though, I'd choose Python with Django over either of the above.
