Window Widget: resizing AJAX window in IE

Script: DHTML Window widget (v1.03)

The examples on this page show the 4 versions of DHTML window. When I click Window 3 (Ajax content) in Firefox 1.0.7 and resize the window to very small, I get a horizontal scrollbar. But when I click it in IE6 and resize to very small, no scrollbar appears and the top and bottom panels of the window collapse in on themselves.

Does anyone know if there is a fix for this, so IE uses a horizontal scrollbar?

Decrease the width on the container. It should force it to scroll; but FF reacts differently to such things: it adds the padding and margins into the width, as opposed to IE which doesn't. This crucial difference makes life suck in the web design world :).
