Dhtml Widget Window problem

3) Describe problem:
I currently have an iframe in the middle of a blank webpage, with links to open windows on the blank page (With the iframe).

When a java applet is inside the iframe, the java applet overlaps the windows. Is there anyway to set the widgets so they are able to sit over the java applet?

I have this problem in both IE and Firefox. The type of widget window is Iframe.

When java is within the 'Runescape' frame in the background, the java applet overlaps windows which are place over them.

Any help is apprieciated.

Another thing, if the window is place over where the java applet will display, the iframe inside the popup will be visible, but the rest of the popup isnt.
