how to insert an image as the flash background

please see http://rapidshare.com/files/35188190/source1.zip.html - I would like to use the image pic.jpg as the background for the flash animation. Please list the steps to do this. Ask me for any clarification needed. thank you in advance for your time and efforts.

Very simple!

1. Create a new layer, rename it to background image and place it as the bottom-most layer.
2. Go to File >> Import >> Import to Stage
3. Browse to your .jpg
4. Hit Open

The image will appear on the background image layer. Resize, Align, Etc... and Voila!
