Sp2 information bar

Hi i am using DHTM window popup script on my site and Sp2 infomation bar doesn't allow it to run. it needs permission. is there a way to bypass the sp2 information bar so my script runs without any permission.

Are you running the script offline or online? If the later, the information bar should never appear unless we're talking about something other than JavaScript/ DHTML, such as Active X.
