ok I am making a portfolio page and i want to display my work and not only a picture to show but a descripton
so what i am looking for is a script eather in CSS or PHP to display a row of pictures and once a person hovers over a picture it would display in a pre set space above that row and below the picture there would be a short description
can any one help
