FTP server from windows

i need to create an ftp server with windows (dont ask long story)
i know XP Pro has server capabilites but i have no idea how to set it up
a program that does it would be even better, it can be dos based for all i care

You could look into using FileZilla FTP Server (http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/) (free program and easy to use). There are some others out there, just use google to search for them.
