Iframe HELP!!!

hey cause i gotta little problem here, what am trying to do is this,

my site i made is set up in iframes now if you go here http://cameronvanhoy.net/ and click on "Enter Actor Page" when you enter the site you will see a picture on the left now there is 4-5 pages i believe i made in iframes now what i want to do is every time they click a new page the iframe where the content is to change and a new pic will come up any one have any idea on how to help me with this, thanks
