Iframe goes down but not up

I don't know if this is exactly the right place to post this, but can someone help me with this?

That's the code i am using. The problem is that the arrow button pointing down isn't working. to move it down i have to click and drag the crollbar. The when i reach the bottom i can't click and drag the scrollbar back up. Rather i have to click the up arrow a little bit and then i can drag the bar. I am trying to view it on firefox.

That iframe tag woudln't cause that, I don't think. We'd need more information about the page. A link wold be very helpful.

nvm i figured out the problem it turns out i had a div in my coding i had placed so the page doesn't end where my iframe is u kno a blank div so i could have a gap. but the size was too large that it overlapped my iframe. sorry bout that.
