Page padding

Hi Guys,

Now this may seem to be a very basic question, since i can't figure it out i will need your help.

Question: i want to have a fade effect in the left and right edges of my page. The background is grey and the page is white.

Or make it yourself with PhotoShop,
or just copy-paste the images on the site you mentioned.
