Need a Auto sizing / click to close pop up window

I have a script on my site for a pop up window, Thanks to this forum, but I was looking for something that will auto resize to the various height/width of the image.

This one http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex8/popwin.htm works great but I have to always input the size of the window.

Is it possible to have a script that will:

1) auto resize to the image
2) click any where in the window to close
3) have scroll bars or not
4) place a text at the bottom that say "click window to close" or "click to close"
