In IE dhtml Menu goes under the iframe which has xml/xsl content

I have an iframe which is calling a xml/xsl file but the dhtml menu is under the iframe and it happens only using Internet Explorer 6 & 7. It works fine in Firefox and other browsers. I have done tests with iframes that do not have xml/xsl content in them and they work fine. For some reason the menu goes under the iframe whenever the iframe is calling xml/xsl or any other kind of dynamic content.

I've heard of this before, something to do with Z-Layers or something. There's a tag you can put in the menu, and in the IFrame to change their layer order, not sure what though.
