Email problem - Background images not displaying

Hi there

I am having a problem with sending out an emailer using signatures.

I have attached the files that im using. (back.jpg - is coming from the internet,)

I have created some HTML. I created a new signature in Microsoft outlook and tested it by sending it to myself and sending it to a yahoo account. In yahoo it displays fine, but in outlook, no background image appears.

I need this emailer to sit in the email and not be an attchemnt - ie. I dont want an HTML attachment.

Can anyone assist me

Also.... When receiving the mail in Outlook, it doent give me the option to "right click" and download image.
