PHP Music library

Ok, i have found some but they are not exactly what I would like to have.
I want a Music library that can stream my audio files and video files to computers over the internet. I want the ability to password protect it so that only I can use it.

Optional likes but does not have to be included:
Ability to change theme/skin.

Thanks, I am trying to get it to work right now. I see that it make .pls files any way to get it to make a mnu file?
