does anyone know a script or css that can create a multi - column drop down for a sitemap like at microsoft or with opencude infinite menus?

that is a dropdown, not an imagemap

i'm thinking it's a DHTML menu which basically is a css formatted div layer that shows onmouseover event of javascript. play with the basics from this page and maybe you'll figure it out:
