Hallo, i know there are many post on this argument, but i'm yet in problem.
i wanna load dynamically an html page with some js (a crossfade sequence of picture), the first one is loaded but the slide don't start. I've read this thread:


but it doesn't resolve my problem (maybe is my fault :) ).

Your English is very good.

Firstly, include the script on the top page, rather than the one you're loading via XMLHttpRequest. Then, remove this line:
preInit();from the script and call preInit() after you've loaded the included page:
<a href="#" onclick="ajaxpage('some.html', 'contentarea');preInit();return false;">Load</a>Unfortunately, it's not possible to do this with the (better) <a href="some.html" rel="contentarea"> form.
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="application/xhtml+xml; charset=iso-8859-1" />Firstly, this isn't heeded (it's overridden by the content-type sent in the HTTP headers), and secondly, if it were, your page wouldn't display, since it isn't valid XHTML. Even if it did display, the style would be messed up, since the contents of the first block in the <style> element is considered to be commented out in XHTML.
