Omni slide menu

Hi there,
Im using the omni slide menu (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/omnislide/index.htm) than at the ie-menu I am changing the size of the font ++, >> than the height of the side bar will NOT change too. That makes: you cant see the last links at the bottom any more.
How can I make it move dynamic??
