Heya guys, its me again :),

This time I thought I start of a post of how us web masters are not appreciated for our hard work (eg the creator of Miniclip must of put some serious hard work into his site yet every one just comes aand goes)...

Same with programmers, for cry'in out loud they are hacked!

So all I ask you people is "Where is the appreciation?" :p

Who agrees with mua?

no... it's moi....

We do what we do 'cause we want to. Consider the thanks system as making up for this. The end.

C'est ne pas Francais.

I don't even think that's right, but it's close enough. :)

Back to the original topic, I feel thanked enough seeing people's situations work out, and most of the time they'll say thank you or give you a "thanks".

C'est ne pas Francais.

I don't even think that's right, but it's close enough. «Ce n'est pas français.»

I think pcbrainbuster is talking about in general, though, rather than on DD. I agree somewhat, webmasters have lost the glamour associated with the job since the end of the .com madness, but hey, we're geeks. We'd do it for pizza :p

mua, in French, according to google, means "moulted"... I'm only half sure of what that means in English. And, so... no... you're wrong.

Now, I'm moving this thread to the social area, since this should not count toward a post count or distract from any serious conversations/discussions.

Warning: Do not post off topic threads in the serious forums. The 'other' forum is not to discuss whatever other stuff you feel like, but other programming languages/problems.

Well thats not true...

If you look under it, it says -

Hang out and just chit chat, at the lounge!

Well, it's called charity.
If you don't feel thanked enough, then... it's time to get a job :)

P.S: I'm going to join the trend of calling you pcbuster :p

on windows the keys arent where they need to be with my keyboard even with the german keys. normally only y and z are flipped with german keyboards (plus the keys at the right but i dont use them) but on mine the keyboard is incompable or something because i get ß where q should be and no n at all!

i cant give a japanease example right now cuz im at school but its weird on my machine but only when i use windows and i use windows alot because im a gamer :( wine wont do most of my games
