Need Help! vid is overlapin IMAGE

I need some help if you go to www.cameronvanhoy.net and click on enter actor page if you see when you go to the work link and click a pic how when it opens the vid overlaps the image how can i have the image overlap the vid so the vid dont show when a image is opend, also the site is built in iframes and i wanna get the picture to change when a new link is clickd like for a differant pic to appear, thanks

As opposed to users clicking on images to navigate through. You could resize images to say 50% and then when moused over, and clicked, display a "pop-up" centered of the full size image.

There seems to be a bug in the Press section. The close button does not work even if you go back to works afterwards. Only a refresh gets you out of the loop.

That could be a major portion of server-side scripting completely replaced with JavaScript. Sometimes this isn't necessary, although you'll have to load a page each time with server-side.
