Scrolling Script

Hello everyone

I been visiting dynamicdrive for a long time may be since 2005 and there was a script which allowed to scroll information on some certain background...for example please look at this page http://koroleva.ru/novosti.htm the page is in russian but u can see the news with scrolling...
could u help me with it?
