Email client that can read chinese and english

I have a php contact form on my website.

I have chinese, japanese and korean customers emailing me.

Outlook can read the english, korean and japanese but NOT the chinese :(

Is there an email client that can read ALL languages? Or is there something I can do in outlook to make it work.
