Does anyone know how to do a preview script, where if you mouseover a link, it will show a popup window of whatever site that is?

Snap.com (http://www.snap.com/) offers a service that does this. There are probably some other ones, but Snap is one of the most widely used. The other way to do it would be to make thumbnails of the sites you link to, then make a javascript tooltip for mouseover effect.

that is using flash, but I know it can be done with javascript, hence what Yahoo! (http://www.yahoo.com) did on their homepage. And I know how to do the mouseover thumbnail, that is what I have currently. I was just wondering if anyone knew of how to do it dynamically so I don't have to store the extra images on my server.

Well, you could also create an AJAX and PHP script that accesses these services
