help on the custom cursor script?

can anyone give me a demonstration on how the finished code would be like? i mean, i don't know what to insert and where (i'm pretty much of a techno-illiterate person).

hmmm the dynamic drive instructions sometimes should be a little more user-friendly for the laymen (read: i'm so stupid i don't understand a thing :D )

the code says:

what am i supposed to replace the url with? and the "mycursor.cur" ?

In the above code, url is a literal. Type it just the way it is. The "mycursor.cur" is a filename. Substitute the name of your cursor file, make sure it is in the same directory as the page(s) where you want to use it are. The original instructions for this code tell you where to look for custom cursors or, you can make them with programs that can save to the cursor (.cur) format. One such program is Microangelo.
