Hi ppls, I am creating a new blog recently but when I change the template into another one which is the blogskins that i wan for my blog, when i paste the code it, the error message appear,

Please correct the error below, and submit your template again.
Your template could not be parsed as it is not well-formed. Please make sure all XML elements are closed properly.
XML error message: Open quote is expected for attribute "language" associated with an element type "script".

Any idea on how to solve this problem?

You would need to post the template source code for us to figure out a way to fix your problem.

The one that you are receiving this error message on. We would need to see the (X)HTML source code to determine what the problem is and also a fix for it.

Going off the error message, try adding quotes around the language attribute for the script tag. This will look like so:

That error message is due to this part:

I recommend going through the HTML code and finding all of the div tags that are open, and close them. Also, get rid of all the unneccasary </font> tags. This could be the reason why you are getting this error. And finally, be sure to close the body tag at the end of the code, like so:

</html>

You should validate your page (http://validator.w3.org/), it will list all the errors in one shot.
Also, nest your tags properly.

<a> <b>Text</a> </b> - Wrong.
<a> <b>Text</b> </a> - Right.

This is really basic stuff.
Start learning HTML and there you go.
To point you in the right direction, look for <div...> without a </div> following it somewhere on the page... that's missing.

sounds simple, but have you closed tags like <img> and <br> with a slash (required for xhtml) like so :

width and height aren't xhtml attributes, they're html attributes.
And you don't need to explicitly specify the image dimensions, they conform to the normal size of the image.
If you do need to, however...
<img src="" style="width:1em;height:100%;" />
