In javascript, no one can. You can only justify text, that makes it a uniform block. There is no left or right. You must mean something else. Try displaying your text like so:

<p style="text-align:justfy;">

Your Poetry here

</p>

No, the CSS direction property can be set to either "rtl" or "ltr", but I'm not entirely sure what the OP's getting at.

The OP's English is poor, and I doubt will be coming back. Somehow I doubt we'll get a straight answer.

Don't cast aspersions on our friend argy's English. It's better than many native speakers'. And, much better than the code we get from you and others (myself included) sometimes. :p

Whether argy comes back or not doesn't really matter. If argy returns, we should do our best to help.

If argy were just to give us a link to an example of how the poetry should look and a link to an example of where it needs to look that way but doesn't, we would have a fighting chance of helping.

Why is everyone jumping to the conclusion that he will not return? It's only been about 8 hours...

As for his English, it's plenty understandable, and the question would be just as vague if asked in the same way with better English. The issue is specificity, not proper English.

I'm guessing that the issue is related to what Twey was talking about with rtl, instead of ltr, as I believe that Arabic is a language that reads rtl, so it would be beneficial for typing in a text box to have the text go that way.

I think it's just supposed to be applied to a text area. //guess.

Huh?

I didn't mean any offense if I said "poor English". I didn't mean to start a racket. :p

As for the originial question, I think the OP wants sections on the left and sections on the right... but I'm still not sure.

Thank you (all),

I am sorry if there has been a lack of anesthetic led to the failure to understand the correct format.

This is thanks to all those who contributed to the reply

Seems a simple matter of alignment. Use div tags with the "dir" attribute specifying ltr, and rtl (right to left, vice-versa).

The dir attribute is deprecated for the CSS direction property.

I downloaded the demo and ran it. The modal dialogue only works in IE. Also, it is very hard for me (because I do not read the language) to imagine what to do once I launch the model dialogue. I did read the translation text file and had to encode it to see what I think are the Arabic characters but, I'm not even sure if I am seeing the correct characters or what they mean. Perhaps if I go back over it later, it will make more sense.

I know this is a lot to ask but, if it would be at all possible to set up an English demo - One that works and one that has the problem, it would be much easier for us to help.

Seeings we don't know which direction the letters are in.
