Javascript select menu problem

Hello guys,

Please take a look at the source code of:

so i don`t flood with code..


basically there is a huge Javascript which passed one selected(with the mouse) option..
of if clicked "All" passed all of the id`s to the php..

My question is how to pass multiple clicked values..
