Anyone see a step by step for blending flash pop ups?

I love how some sites have these flash pops that match the website. basically no background.

Anyone do one or see a step by step on this anywhere?

It's all art, make the borders and menus etc match your site's. Then when you publish choose transparent mode from the Flash tab options.

Thanks man, So it's just a regular pop up but the flash file has a matching in some areas and a transparent background?? Interesting.
