Some body please tell me how to get input from html form and store the datas in MS Access file

You need a server-side language to collect the values from the HTML form and insert that values into a database of your choice.

You've mentioned your database (MS Access) in the post but nothing about the server-side tool you want to use.

The source code will be different from one technology or another.
