Bullet image problems

on my website that i am making, it seems the bullet images i have made display too close to the text that they are next to. In safari and firefox this problem is non-existant but in IE7 (that is all that i have tested so far) they are too close. (the bullets are the little crosses)

Any suggestions?

IE and FF can treat padding and margin differently. Try adding padding-left to your #memoriam li and #memoriam ul. Also see if this helps: http://www.webmasterworld.com/forum83/7601.htm
