links highlight scroll plus keypress

ok, so i want to create a navagation that can be used by only pressing "enter" on the keyboard,

your links at the top would have a highlight that scroll through each one with say 6 sec intervals and then if a user wanted to go to that highlighted link they would press enter and it would take them there,

does anyone know how this would work,

I would appreciate any help,
