I am working in flash, what i am trying to do is when a button is press in flash , i want a new window to open with no scrollbars, no menu or toolbars and resize the windows to the desire size. Can anybody please show me how to do this.

Ooo... I wan't to know how to do that too. Post this in the flash section, for sure "Blizzard" will help, he rocks at flash :P
