Email backup need help

I need to upgrade from Windows Me to Windows Xp, anyone can please tell me how can I backup everything in Outlook Express for an easy restore after reinstalling Windows?:)

If you have a writable CD ROM drive, and if ME has a transfer wizard, you should be able to use that to make a backup of the relevant files more or less automatically. Then, once you've upgraded, use the CD and XP's transfer wizard to complete the process. I'd advise doing a little research to make sure this is possible and especially, if so, how to do it.
