1) Script Title: DHTML Window widget (v1.02)

2) Script URL (on DD):

3) Describe problem: Script: DHTML Window widget (v1.02)

1. Congratulations with your scripts. Excellent !!!

2. I've got a database with several entries, each entry needs the DHTML Window Widget. They all work fine (each has its own unique id).

However, the database entries are shown on my page within an iframe !

If I put a "center=1", the DHTML window is opened in the middle of the iframe page, not that of the visible window. Since the page is long, you need to scroll up or down to see the opened window.

Putting left/top, give me the same problem.

Leaving out left/top and center, same problem.

Similar on the modal version of the widget, only the ifame is blacked out...

Any suggestions ?

It's important to remember that the DHTML window is in fact just a DIV on the page, at least the interface itself. This means it cannot venture outside the calling page, or in your case, the iframe calling it. There's currently no way, for example, to float the DHTML window on top of the master page (page containing the iframe that contains the DHTML window). It's due to this limitation that the DHTML window cannot be centered relative to the master page either.
