2 javascript files in the same page

I am trying to run the Pausing Up and Down Scroller along with the Top Navigational Bar written by BrotherCake.

But when I install the scroller, I lose the navigational bar completely.

I thought you could run more than one javascipt file in the same page. Is there something I am doing wrong?

Yes - I am new at working with Javascript. I appreciate all help in getting this running.

You probably have two conflicting onload event handlers. We'll need a code or link to the page in problem to help you.

The main page is the only page I want the event scroller in.

The navigation bar is the only there right now however, I removed the scroller because it was conflicting.
