Omni Slide Menu Simple Issues

1) Script Title: Omni Slide Menu

3) Describe problem: Just need to figure out how to make the menu "stay put" and allow the user the scroll up and down the page without the menu moving but moving down the menu itself. (Think people with 1024x768 that can't see all of the menu.) And how to make the width of the menu smaller since I don't need such a big gap.
