3) Describe problem:
I have tried everything, including getting a CSS for Dummies book and trying to figure out from there how to Center Align the menu. I've tried html and css to center the entire menu, and all I can manage to do is to move it over by 100 pixels or so, and then I get bullets on my submenus, or...I center the text within the menu, rather than the menu itself. Please help!
