Editing Flash

Hi everyone,

I dunno this may seem like a really stupid question because you all seem to know what your talking about, but how do I edit a flash file? I have the files all with an .fla extension, but obviously xp dosnt come with anything to edit a flash page, any suggestions on software or what I do to edit it? (it was a downloaded flash website template) I am a first time noob at this stuff so please bear with me.

To edit an .fla you need Flash.

thanks, also though, can I put HTML into flash? becuase I think phpbb do free forums but they give you the HTML code, so is it possible to kind of integrate the HTML into the flash page?

<edit> Actually dont worry, it turns out they give you the link to a allready hosted site, so all I need to do is hyperlink the button. Thanks anyway guys </edit>

You would embed the flash into html...not the other way around if I am not mistaken.

Yes, you can put html in Flash, but not the way you are thinking. It can be done and I can use Flash to display pretty much any page I want, or any content etc.

Some take tricks, others don't. :)
