03-09-2007, 11:29 PM
I voted for other, only because I don't watch any of the other ones. When I was younger, I used to watch Tom and Jerry, but now my daughter watches it.
Also, half of them I've never heard of.

How old are you?
All of those are disney channel shows. Mildly entertaining at 2am when there's nothing else on... but... ouch.
Favorite show, overall:
Boy Meets World
Favorite current shows, that I watch weekly:
24
The Unit
Jericho
Daybreak (series actually just ended :( )
Heroes
Psych (season just ended)
The poll is just wrong. You can't have such a specific list and have a range of people vote on it. I don't see a point in voting.

Thats a good point and i now feel embarrassed how do i delete the poll !!!
And i am 13 (i just have many tastes)

Nothing wrong with your tastes. I liked some of that at your age. But it isn't a representational list.

My number one right now is Heroes. CSI (the original) a close second tho, I prefer the older shows, they are getting a bit too full of themselves lately though the recent ones with the miniatures are pretty cool.
My favorite opening ironic line:
"Ashes to ashes, dust to dust - without the wait."
House is OK because of Laurie but is pretty formulaic - you just know that just about every commercial break will be preceded by the patient just about to die, again. And if I see one more bloody sheet . . .
Don't forget Battlestar Galactica, Stargate and Enterprise for those with the sci fi channel.
I must be leaving several out.

It started out on one of the broadcast networks and was later picked up by the sci fi channel. Then it stopped after awhile. It had a neat premise - alternate realities and the pseudo science (physics, quantum mechanics) was interesting.

It's still on sci-fi here (US west coast) my daughter loves it.
I am not a big sci-fi guy unless it's a good book (Tommy Knockers comes to mind) But because the TV is where my computer is I watch Sliders from time to time by force, LOL

Although I am only 14, I like more adult programs (no, not what you are thinking)
But stuff like Family Guy, South park, Adult Swim...

I almost forgot about Robot Chicken and Futurama. Thanks for mentioning Adult Swim

Adult Swim is a weird marketing campaign to draw in the 13-18 crowd, I think.
I doubt too many 40-year-olds are watching those.
I like family guy, when I happen to catch it.
