Urgent : Create treeview using html/javascipt

I would like to create a treeview using html/javascript/AJAX.

The format will be,

Test Node1
Testnode 1.1
Testnode 1.2
Test node 1.2.1
Testnode2
Testnode 2.1
Testnod3
Testnode 3.1



Could you please let me know , Is there any script available ?
